Shipping and Delivery
- SHUFFLE Games delivers its products to PAN India.
- Shipmozo is our default delivery partner.
- Kindly give us 3-4 business days for dispatching your order. You may also enquire regarding the status of your order via email- shuffleboardgames@gmail.com
- The shipping days can be variable up to 10 days according to the delivery location.
Cancellations & Returns
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellation requests for any order once placed.
- In case your delivered product is damaged, a return can be initiated. Please note that the damage will need to be verified via videography or photographic evidence taken upon the immediate unpacking of the product.
- The exchange or refund will be attempted only after we have received the damaged products. Please note that the refund amount will be credited to your Bank Account (7-10 Business Days).
- If the product has missing components, please give us 5-7 days for attempted redressal of the same as such issues will be tackled by the manufacturers to a situational extent.
