Sagrada is a Dice Drafting and Window Crafting game published by Floodgate Games. It’s conceptualised on the factual history of the Basílica de la Sagrada Família, the unfinished basilica in Barcelona, Spain.
The primary aim of the game is to craft the “windows” of the unfinished basilica using 90 COLOURED DICE. To win the game, a player must score the highest points by completing personal and public objectives.

The Box and Components:
The first thing that attracts a player to the game is the beauty of the box. Being a window crafting game, the box uses an abstract broken glass pattern.
Each player gets one window to craft. These ‘windows’ have been created to last. It has a board that is a quarter centimetre thick on each side. There are grooves made into the placement area for easy placement of the dice. Though it is easy to play, players may have some difficulty maintaining the board.
The game components are very attractive and very handy except for the score markers which are way too small and can be easily misplaced. The tool cards offer just enough information to be helpful while the objective cards are just one challenge over the other.
The Game:
The game itself has been well-calculated and random enough to be engaging in every round played. After all, there are 90 dice in 5 colours to be crafted in the windows. The resulting combinations assure an interesting game every time.
The round keeper is another wonderful feature. One game includes 10 rounds which are tracked by the round keeper.
The different window panels offer further variations in the game along with favour tokens to counteract the difficulty of the panels. The Game also has extensions for 5-6 players & various expansions by the name of Passion, Life and Glory.
Sagrada is a game that draws the eyes with its beauty and keeps you engaged even while quietly developing your brains. Like all games, it lets you train your brain to think faster and plan decisively. A must-have for a dedicated Game Library.
